Looking ahead to 2026, the 58 Victor Hugo development, featuring high-end residences with swimming pools and panoramic terraces, promises to redefine luxury standards. Neuilly-sur-Seine continues to shine as a top destination for clients seeking an exceptional quality of life and extraordinary properties.

Boulogne-Billancourt: A blend of modernity and prestige

Boulogne-Billancourt, the second-largest economic hub in western Paris, is experiencing a renaissance in the luxury real estate market. The neighborhoods of Billancourt and Rives-de-Seine offer competitive prices of approximately €8,500 per square meter for properties in excellent condition. Further north, along Route de la Reine, renovated apartments and penthouses command prices between €9,000 and €10,000 per square meter.
