Paris 10th district, the seduction of a bohemian district
The 10th arrondissement still attracts a large clientele, but today it is undergoing a revival of interest by a clientele interested in its rise in prestige.

Indeed, the 10th arrondissement has not always been a favourite of wealthy clients, but in recent years it has become more and more popular. Indeed, many buyers are looking for a new space rich in diversity. There are many prestigious properties, the value of which has been increasing for years. The neo-retro style that attracts many tourists around the Canal Saint-Martin gives a spirit of romance to this arrondissement. There are some sublime areas such as the quays of Valmy and Jemappes.

Premium real estate to rediscover

The 10th arrondissement was the place where Baron Haussmann practised for his architecture that left its mark on Paris. There are mythical squares such as the Place de la République, the Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord, the Saint-Louis and Lariboisière hospitals, the faubourgs of Temple and Poissonnière, and the boulevards of Magenta, Saint-Martin and de la Chapelle. This district seduces by its numerous pedestrian streets, secret passages and artistic spaces. It is an atypical place, one finds there for example the narrowest house of the capital, at 39 rue du Château d'Eau, but also many prestigious properties.

Interesting opportunities

The 10th arrondissement also has an advantage for a working population: everything is easily accessible. The district is very well served by public transport, but also has many schools of all levels, ideal for families. The district seduces by its historical heritage, which is described as "old Paris", where the architectures are mixed, the diversity of the landscape makes all its romanticism.

Luxurious desires in a lively district

On the third floor of a building of hushed standing, there is a prestigious property. Located on Boulevard Magenta, this property is rich in materials, with parquet flooring, mouldings and fireplaces. Facing South-West, this property has interesting volume, notably by its nice high ceiling. This 136 square metre property is made up of 5 ingeniously organised rooms. In fact, there is an entrance hall leading to the living room, which itself has a balcony. Also, it corresponds to the clientele of the district, the three bedrooms including the parental suite will delight a family. Finally, this luxury property is enhanced by a cellar.
