Villa Montmorency, a private neighborhood in Paris where houses are being bought for 25 million euros
Hidden behind large fences, 6 hectares and 6 avenues can be seen, this is the Villa Montmorency. It is the Pereire brothers who bought the Chateau de Boufflers and its park from the Montmorency family to turn it into a train station. Today, the station no longer exists but the residential area has been preserved.

Located in the 16th arrondissement, this protected district welcomes many personalities, both actors and politicians. They include Isabelle Adjani, Alain Afflelou, Nicolas Sarkozy and Arnaud Lagardère. This very secure neighborhood is reminiscent of the Normandy countryside, a real corner of paradise in the capital. Here, no one enters without authorization, the visit is not possible, not even Google's Street View service has access to it. The comfort of residents is also a priority, for example, to avoid noise pollution, all work vehicles are electric.

The houses are more or less large from 150 m² to 1000 m², each house has the right to a plot of land from the tree terrace. Sotheby's Paris West with its agency manager David Samama explains a desire to preserve confidentiality when they receive a client of the villa de Montmorency, discretion is required and all precautions are taken to avoid leakage of any information about the owners or their property. Sales in this area are generally done discreetly, the villas are not presented on real estate sites. To access this little paradise, you have to pay a minimum of 3 million euros but the budget is unlimited and can quickly reach 50 million euros. The price per square meter varies between 12,000 and 20,000 euros.
